Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dinnerkind, including dinnerkind.com and Dinnerkind's meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, subscription features, and related services. Dinnerkind is operated by KOKI LLC. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Dinnerkind, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to create a paid Dinnerkind account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account.

You may not share your account credentials in a way that permits unauthorized use of the service.

The Dinnerkind Service

Dinnerkind provides digital meal-planning content designed to simplify weekly dinner planning.

Features may include weekly dinner plans, recipes, ingredient lists, grocery lists, leftover and Remix suggestions, Rescue Dinners, cooking tips, storage suggestions, and related content.

Dinnerkind may add, remove, improve, or change features over time.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain Dinnerkind features require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, free-trial terms, automatic renewal terms, billing frequency, cancellation procedures, and refund terms are described in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Food, Allergy and Dietary Information

Dinnerkind provides general meal-planning and recipe information. It is not medical, nutritional, allergy, or dietary advice.

You are responsible for determining whether a recipe or ingredient is appropriate for you and anyone you are feeding.

Ingredients may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.

Always review product packaging and ingredient labels yourself if you have an allergy, intolerance, dietary restriction, pregnancy-related dietary concern, medical condition, or other special dietary need.

Dinnerkind does not guarantee that any meal is allergen-free or appropriate for a specific medical or dietary condition.

Food Safety

You are responsible for safe food purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, reheating, refrigeration, freezing, and handling.

Cooking times and temperatures can vary depending on appliances, ingredient size, starting temperature, cookware, and other factors.

Where Dinnerkind provides temperatures, storage suggestions, freezer guidance, or similar information, you should still use appropriate food-safety practices and your own judgment.

Do not consume food that you reasonably believe may be unsafe.

Grocery Quantities and Availability

Dinnerkind makes reasonable efforts to provide useful ingredient quantities and grocery lists.

Actual package sizes, product availability, appetite, serving size, ingredient substitutions, and individual cooking practices vary.

You may occasionally need more or less of an ingredient than listed.

Dinnerkind does not guarantee specific grocery costs or availability at any retailer.

Intellectual Property

Dinnerkind and its original content, including its meal plans, written recipes, proprietary weekly planning structure, design, branding, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to KOKI LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Dinnerkind content for your own household use.

You may not reproduce, resell, republish, scrape, distribute, commercially exploit, or create a competing content database from Dinnerkind materials without written permission.

You may print or save reasonable portions of the content for your own personal household use.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Dinnerkind to violate the law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, introduce harmful software, circumvent subscription or access controls, or misuse Dinnerkind content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or other material violations of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Dinnerkind relies on third-party providers for certain services, including payment processing, authentication, hosting, infrastructure, and communications.

Stripe processes subscription payments. Google may provide account authentication when you choose Google sign-in.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability of the Service

We work to keep Dinnerkind available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Temporary outages, maintenance, technical failures, or changes to third-party services may occasionally affect availability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Dinnerkind is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

KOKI LLC does not make guarantees that Dinnerkind will meet every user's individual dietary, budgeting, cooking, health, or scheduling needs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KOKI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Dinnerkind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KOKI LLC's aggregate liability relating to the Dinnerkind service will not exceed the amount you paid to Dinnerkind during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Dinnerkind at any time. If you have an active subscription, you must separately cancel it to stop future recurring charges.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, threaten the security of the service, or where suspension is reasonably necessary to comply with law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are materially important, we may provide additional notice where required.

The effective date at the top of this page will indicate when the Terms were most recently updated.

Governing Law

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you rights that cannot legally be waived or altered by this provision.
