Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Dinnerkind is operated by KOKI LLC. This Subscription & Cancellation Policy explains the terms that apply to Dinnerkind free trials, paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, and refunds. By starting a Dinnerkind free trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
Subscription Plans
Dinnerkind currently offers two subscription options:
Monthly Membership: $9.99 per month
Annual Membership: $79 per year
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
7-Day Free Trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial.
A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. You are not charged when the trial begins.
Before you start your trial, Dinnerkind will disclose the subscription price that will apply after your trial.
Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged at the end of the 7-day trial:
$9.99 for a Monthly Membership, or
$79 for an Annual Membership.
Your subscription will then automatically renew at the applicable interval unless you cancel it.
Your Dinnerkind Account displays your trial status and trial end date.
Automatic Renewal
Dinnerkind subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
Monthly subscriptions generally renew once each month. Annual subscriptions generally renew once each year.
By starting a subscription, you authorize KOKI LLC and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes until you cancel.
Canceling During Your Free Trial
You may cancel at any time before your free trial ends.
If you cancel before the end of your trial:
you will not be charged the subscription price;
automatic renewal will be stopped; and
you may continue using subscriber features through the end of your trial period.
Your Account will display the date your access is scheduled to end.
Canceling a Paid Subscription
You may cancel a paid Dinnerkind subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not normally terminate access immediately.
If you cancel during a paid billing period, you may continue using Dinnerkind through the end of that already-paid period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel or manage your subscription from your Dinnerkind Account.
Go to:
Account → Manage Billing / Cancel Membership
Dinnerkind uses Stripe's secure Customer Portal for subscription and payment management.
If you have difficulty canceling through your Account, contact us at hello@dinnerkind.com.
Simply stopping use of Dinnerkind does not cancel your subscription. You must complete the cancellation process or contact us for assistance.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, Dinnerkind may temporarily keep your membership active while payment is retried.
Dinnerkind currently provides a grace period of up to 3 days from the first failed renewal payment.
During this period, you may be asked to update your payment method.
If payment remains unsuccessful after the grace period, access to subscriber-only Dinnerkind content may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
Refunds
Because Dinnerkind provides immediate access to digital subscription content, payments are generally non-refundable after they have been charged, except where a refund is required by law.
Canceling stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund for an already-paid billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@dinnerkind.com and we will review the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
Price Changes
Dinnerkind may change its subscription prices.
If a price change applies to an existing subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the changed price applies to a future renewal.
You may cancel before that renewal if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
Changes Between Plans
If Dinnerkind permits switching between Monthly and Annual memberships, the applicable price, effective date, and any billing adjustment will be shown before you confirm the change.
Ending Access
Subscriber-only features are available while your account has an eligible trial or paid membership status.
When your applicable trial, billing period, or other authorized access period ends, access to subscriber-only content may end.
